The New China Form was created in the early 1960's as a bilateral health form.  Meaning it works both the left and right side of the body fairly equally.  The form is a little long have 88 postures or movements but it is broken into four set.  Below is a Posture list and video clips of all the postures along with a group demonstration of each set.  I hope you find this helpful.
