Chakra Class

Chakra (cakra in 
Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are 
thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as 
they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic 
body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
In these classes 
we will talk about the 7 basics or primary chakras and ways to work with them to 
improve health and balance the body and life.
  
In the first class will look at the 
Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus Chakras. In the second class we will explore the 
Heart, Throat, 3rd Eye and Crown Chakra. 
These classes will 
be offered In Person and through Zoom. 
(For in Person, register early as space is limited) 
Please wear comfortable clothes. no Yoga Matt is necessary as this is more of 
classroom style class.
